Can't say too much, but YUME has decided to make a change, and of course THE FUTURE IS YOURS! so why not give your enviornment a spruce up by using everyday disposable items, that would work as even doper household items and fashion! Upcycling is the use of waste materials to provide useful products. Ideally, it is a reinvestment in the environment and embodiment of the notion that while using resources one is also contributing to them and their value. This is antithesis of the consume and waste concept in society.

We recieved an e-mail from THE NEW REGIME, and were instructed to post it, We love how they think and appreciate their understanding of YUME. PEEP THE WORDS BELOW, SIMPLE YET INSIGHTFUL.

When you think of YUME, we would like you to think of the values we associate ourselves with and pride ourselves on as our core values or foundation (MUSIC, ART, FASHION,& COMMUNITY) as well as the goods we retail and sell. This is the reason why the blog is written and updated daily, with our newly solidifed relationship, we invite all of you to take part in the YUME EXPERIENCE, a GLOBAL experience. As you know we are constantly morphing and keeping our faithful friends and family up to date with the happenings at YUME.

In the coming week we will dedicate ourselves to posting at least 1 post a day pertaining to:

MUSIC (sales, sponsored events, concerts and tours, new artists)
ART (sales, new projects, art collaborations, auctions)
FASHION (sales, new arrivals, future projects)
COMMUNITY PROJECTS (community improvement projects, community involvement, development of our global community,development of our local community)

This will help those who read our blog faithfully or those who are just passing by get a better vision of who we are as YUME. As a retail location we like to think of ourselves as a place where everyone can EXPERIENCE all of our core values cohesively, by just walking into any space we occupy that is representative of YUME. March 29th is approaching quickly and we know you guys are itching to know what is happening. Be patient and THE FUTURE will be revealed soon enough. In the mean time we have decided to do some collabs with some dope brands that will be launching in the next few months. One of them being SEATTLE based company DOPE STYLE. We have to keep what we are working on under wraps, but lets just say its going to be crazy! (affordable too, LOL) CHeck out the website (under construction) www.thedopestyle.com

So we had a great meeting with some great minds last night and while all of you guys were out partying and drinking, we were planning "THE FUTURE". YUME will be going through some drastic changes within the inner sanctum of YUME upper management and boy are these changes going to be something grand for YUME. Change is innevitable and happens all the time. YUME is a thing that is constantly shifting and changing and all for the better.

The projects that will unfold due to this change will be a great step towards "THE FUTURE". The new faces of YUME will be revealed shortly (or will they, lol) We love the mystery behind what we do, its like just when you thought you had us figured we switched it up on you. Look out for YUME 2.0 and other projects launching within the next few months.
