So we had the distinct pleasure to be apart of AMANDA DIVA'S first solo show over at SOBS with special guests Talib Kweli and Q TIP. It was indeed a great show. With dope opening shows from Peter Hadar and PROTON, and a knock out performance from Ms. AMANDA DIVA, even though she was a little under the weather she went in and even bust a hand stand on stage (A true b-girl) YUME had no idea her love for HIP HOP went so deep. We're so happy to have been apart of the experience. Look out for her CDS on sale at YUME starting this month. Peep the pics

YUME FAM member PRINT released his highly anticipated mixtape COMIC BOOKS this past Saturday, and boy is it a problem. We can deffinitley hear these tracks on the IRON MAN soundtrack or THE NEW BATMAN MOVIE. PRINT OF GOOD DAY GOOD NIGHT
Raised in a conglomerate of lifestyles in Brooklyn, N.Y., PRINT is home to neighborhoods such as Marcy Projects, Park Slope, Fort Green, Brooklyn Heights, and Bushwick. Print, born Christian Peterson developed his talent despite obtacles that some would consider unbearable. Working full time shifts, attending school as an honor student, solidifying a degree in Education and maintianing a safe and productive enviornment for himself are some of the challenges that Print faces on a daily basis.
Despite these challenges, Print was still able to provide himself with the basic needs to create a stable life. He always had food, shelter, and cloths on his back. With the support of hs family and freinds , Print gained a distinct directive to become the best at anything he decided to put his mind to. Only 23 years of age, Print expresses himself and his experiences in life through his poetic street lyrics and metaphorical flow. Thus, creating a distinctive northern- eastern dialect in a clsss of its own. Print began his music career in Hip-Hop at the age of seventeen, preforming at local cafes and lounges around Brooklyn.
With his knowledge of music and determination Print as a local act became a thing of the past as he got his first break at Virginia State University, where he opened up for Young Jeezy and Juelz Santana. At this moment Print realized that music was something he really wanted to pursue. With that in mind he began to travel the states opening up for headliners like AKON, TALIB KWELI, KEISHA COLE, GHOSTFACE KILLAH, FAT JOE, and many others. He recently preformed at the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival where he shut it down. Afterwards he took is lyrical content and traveled across seas prefroming at the big venues all over London. Print is now working on many projects and has alot of enjoyable things in the works so stay tuned and listen closely to the radio waves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So we had a great meeting with some great minds last night and while all of you guys were out partying and drinking, we were planning "THE FUTURE". YUME will be going through some drastic changes within the inner sanctum of YUME upper management and boy are these changes going to be something grand for YUME. Change is innevitable and happens all the time. YUME is a thing that is constantly shifting and changing and all for the better.
The projects that will unfold due to this change will be a great step towards "THE FUTURE". The new faces of YUME will be revealed shortly (or will they, lol) We love the mystery behind what we do, its like just when you thought you had us figured we switched it up on you. Look out for YUME 2.0 and other projects launching within the next few months.
