YUME has never believed that Brooklyn was in a rennaisance stage, but that Brooklyn is and always will be a place where true artists and individuals who love culture dwell for new inspiration. We are honored and priveledged to introduce Brooklyn Oenology, a wonderful wine house nestled in between Greenpoint & Williamsburg.

Brooklyn Oenology is located in a converted warehouse, where owner Alie Shaper is commited to producing wines that contibute to the spectrum of offerings in the best burough in the world, Brooklyn. THE BOE believes in sharing the wealth of good classic life by exciting it's patron's pallettes. We welcome BOE into YUME and Brooklyn, and look forward to seeing them alot more often.
